1. Seamless Shopping Experience

We at Gaurang strive to ensure that every transaction is smooth and satisfactory. All our products are handcrafted and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below for possible resolutions.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package and cross-check the invoice before accepting delivery.

  • If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged, please mention the issue on the courier’s delivery slip or refuse the package.

  • In case of a manufacturing defect or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gaurang.co or on whatsapp at +91 90000 90581 with:

    • Order number

    • Delivery address

    • Clear images of the product and issue

    • A brief description of the problem

     

Returns/exchanges are only applicable if:

  • You received a product different from what was confirmed in your order.

  • The item has a clear, verifiable manufacturing defect.

Once your claim is reviewed by our Quality Check team and approved:

  • Our customer care team will reach out to you with the next steps.

  • The item must be returned within 10 days from approval.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address

We are unable to offer support or compensation in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Package refused at delivery

  • More than three failed delivery attempts by the courier

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before confirming your order.

4. Colour Accuracy

We do our best to represent product colors accurately. However, variations can occur due to:

  • Display settings on monitors, tablets, or smartphones

  • Lighting and photography

We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will exactly match the delivered product.

5. Store Credit / Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, once a return has been approved and the item is received in acceptable condition:

  • A store credit equivalent to the order value will be issued.

  • This will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases and is subject to validity terms shared during issuance.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled. We urge customers to review their order carefully before finalising their purchase.

7. Pricing & Availability

All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to:

  • Change product pricing without prior notice

  • Discontinue or alter product availability at any time
